We have a three step process which includes budgeting based on Evapotranspiration, calculated controller schedules and monthly meter reading which result in water use reports. We also manage irrigation pump stations and acid/fertilizer injection systems.
We approach turf management using a scientific approach. We test the soil annually and choose fertilizers based on the current micro and macro nutrient levels. This allows the turf to grow strong and healthy. We also analyze our properties for seasonal issues such as fungi, pests and weeds. We transition warm season and cool season turf aggressively to allow for optimum growing period, allowing the turf to remain healthy.
We provide pre-emergent services on a routine basis to prevent weeds from germinating. Despite our efforts there is always some weed breakthrough that we keep controlled with post-emergent services. We also analyze and provide weed services in turf areas as needed.
